Michel introduced her to various record labels and even encouraged her to consider pursuing music as a solo artist.

Veronique considered Michel’s advice, and she went on to have a great music career. Despite struggling at first, Veronique made her breakthrough in 1972 with her album Amoureuse. The album had several great singles, which made it to the charts, and were well-received. After realizing national fame, Veronique decided to move to the United States, where she spent about ten years. The French singer had a great career while in the US.
